Give people more than they expect receiving.  LARA.PK  has therefore created the following customer-friendly exchange policy:

1) No cash refund 

2) For exchange, all items must be in original condition with tags and labels intact.

3)Exchange is possible with in 4 days after you received the product and you can exchange the product only when you have waist size problem we can exchange. If you have any length problem we can not exchange because we mentioned on our site length is standard from brands different jeans and different brands have different length according to the product we are not responsible for length issue.

All white and Light Color products will not be exchanged or returned. Please check sizes before ordering.

Exchange Procedure:

Contact on Whatsapp share your old order Details and send Screen shot of the product what you want to Exchange .

 Replacement charges are PKR 400.Please pack the previous parcel, mention your name and β€œhttps://lara.pk/” on it. Our Rider will come and exchange the product.

If found that you have sent an incorrect item to us. You will be permanently blocked from our website.

4) No Returns: If you are returning an unsuitable(damage or defected) item for a refund we will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost. The return delivery charges are paid by the customer.

At LARA.PK we hope that you are happy with your purchases. We take great care in dispatching goods to the highest quality, however we know that sometimes things can go wrong and you may need to return an item. Please follow the following procedure: We would require an image to be whatsapped to us providing all damage caused.
